A Letter from Our Board President

AHBA Members,

As we begin a new year, I want to take a moment to reflect on where we’ve been and, more importantly, where we are headed together. We focused on rebuilding the past year. We did strategic planning and started implementing what we had learned from our members to move forward.

Looking ahead, our goals for the coming year are clear: to continue advocating for policies that support responsible growth, strengthen our educational and networking opportunities, and expand resources that help our members succeed.

The value of membership in our Association extends far beyond programs and events. It is found in the shared knowledge, collaboration, and relationships that help move our industry forward. Your ideas, feedback, and participation guide our priorities and shape our plans.

When members engage, our Association becomes stronger, more effective, and more responsive to the needs of our industry. After much discussion, we have decided to increase our dues to help support these efforts in the year ahead. This is the first dues increase for the Association since 2020.

We encourage you to stay involved in the year ahead—attend meetings, serve on committees, share your insights, and increase our membership. Your input is essential as we continue building an Association that truly reflects and supports its members.
